Ghaats in Rishikesh...
well Rishikesh is the holy place where Ganga River flows.. According to the Hindu Religion it is believed that whoever dies after death he will get Moksha if there body is burn near the Ganga Ghats.. believer also believe  that after death human soul got moksha, if the ashes of their body is thrown in Ganga water. this is the reason Ghats are there in most of the places in Rishikesh and Haridwar also , because according to the hindu religion Ganga is the most Holy river and visitors who came to uttrakhand never mss to visit Ganga Darshan.
